Job summary

Evolve Steel in Boise is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel projects, mentoring the PM team and driving safe, on-time, within-budget delivery with exceptional client satisfaction.

You will oversee pre-construction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, and build strong client and partner relationships while upholding safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in structural steel or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple structural steel projects through all phases of construction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and procurement activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers while supporting team performance and development.
• Drive project profitability, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
