Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager or Lead Engineer to oversee structural projects under the direction of the Chief Structural Engineer. Based in Boise, ID, you will apply current technology and engineering software to deliver quality designs.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and ensure adherence to DOT/ISTHA standards and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, preferably with bridge design and transportation structure projects.
• BS in civil engineering with structural emphasis required; MS preferred.
• PE license required (or on track); SE license a plus for Illinois locations.
• Software knowledge includes MS Office, Microstation, and structural analysis programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT and ISTHA design standards is desirable.
