Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 10+ years of engineering design experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and team members at all levels.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents.
• Proficiency with CAD, spreadsheets, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical tasks on assigned projects.
• Participate in project planning, including scope, schedule, and budget development.
• Develop design concepts and technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians on technical design tasks.
• Prepare or modify reports, computations, specifications, plans, studies, permits, and designs.
