Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a direct labor team in a manufacturing/industrial setting. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize assembly activities while closely aligning with engineering and project management to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance reviews, and maintaining adherence to budgets. A strong emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, ISO, and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in shop math and project coordination.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct labor staff in planning and execution of assembly activities.
• Plan resource requirements based on backlog and workload forecasts.
• Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Maintain safety and quality through standard work procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and project managers to meet requirements.
