Qualifications

• 11+ years of structural engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Experience completing transportation studies and design documents to DOT standards.
• Bridge design and detailing experience (steel/RC) with seismic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, design and detailing for major bridge/transportation projects.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; guide technical approach, costs, and schedules.
• Manage client relationships, visibility and business development.
• Direct and mentor team members in design plans, calculations, load ratings, and reports.
• Oversee project and task management; ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
