Qualifications

• Experience with dam safety, risk analyses, and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for Dams and Hydraulic Structures nationwide.
• Develop regional strategies and establish client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership in dam safety and design.
• Prepare technical proposals and supervise project teams.
• Mentor staff and contribute to recruitment.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and schedules.
