Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE license preferred; SE license is a plus.
• 7+ years of structural building design experience.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and applicable codes.
• Experience leading structural projects from concept through construction.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client expectations.
• Perform condition assessments, site investigations, and forensic evaluations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout projects.
• Support proposals, client meetings, and business development initiatives.
