Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE license preferred; SE is a plus.
• 5+ years of structural building design experience.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI and building codes.
• Experience leading structural projects from concept through construction.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and public-sector projects.
• Proven ability to mentor staff, manage clients, and oversee multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
