Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in field inspection of structural renovations.
- Associates degree or trade school certification in construction-related field.
- Corps of Engineers QCM Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required or in progress.
Responsibilities
- Inspect work at site(s) for contract and code compliance.
- Schedule, coordinate, and perform inspections for designated disciplines.
- Prepare written inspection reports and maintain records of defects and omissions.
- Monitor labor and safety requirements on site.
