Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in structural design, especially within food, beverage, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

As a key player in our rapidly growing firm, you will drive client relationships, implement project strategies, and enhance your skills while fostering a culture of respect and integrity. A PE license is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of structural design experience in relevant sectors.
• 3+ years as a structural engineering design manager preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in structural project design and documentation.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
