Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced estimator for xPL Offsite projects in Huntsville, AL. You will prepare detailed estimates, analyze costs, and develop bid packages across structural, electrical, and mechanical scopes.

You will collaborate with the xPL team and external partners to align schedule, logistics, and capacity, ensuring comprehensive estimates and clear scope definitions. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years related experience.
• Experience in structural, mechanical, and/or electrical disciplines is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Knowledge of estimating documents and ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for identified xPL project scope across disciplines.
• Develop bid packages and scope for vendors and third-party integrators.
• Coordinate with xPL stakeholders on schedule, capacity, logistics, and post-delivery support.
