Qualifications

Experience with rehabilitation and reconstruction, new design, and construction projects.
Strong communication skills for complex technical discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-site/phase due diligence, design, and construction of structural projects.
Provide leadership and QA/QC oversight for project teams and subcontractors.
Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Mentor staff and stay current with structural engineering practices.
Collaborate with clients, regulators, and other engineers on complex issues.
