Job summary

Jacobs in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and analysis for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems. You will develop project reports, calculations, construction drawings and technical specifications with support from local and national experts.

You’ll mentor junior staff, collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams, and utilize STAAD, TEDDS, SAP2000, RAM Elements and MathCAD, along with BlueBeam and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a structural engineer.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed.
• Extensive experience with municipal or industrial water and wastewater facilities and conveyance systems.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams and construction phase support.
• Proficient in structural design software and review tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project reports, calculations, drawings and technical specifications.
