Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with steel, concrete, and CAD drafting; familiarity with consensus design codes.
• Ability to develop structural drawings and calculations; oversee drafting.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro is a plus.
• Ability to lead engineering design teams and manage project scope and timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; interface with clients and teams.
• Willingness to work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality detailed design packages and provide field technical support to implement those designs.
• Lead or contribute as part of an integrated project team and coordinate with system engineers and clients.
• Perform walkdowns in existing facilities to generate design documents and provide field support.
• Provide self-performed technical solutions using established engineering practices and standards.
• Handle building evaluations, seismic rehab, steel and concrete design, and machine installations.
