Qualifications

• 5–10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
• Strong structural analysis and design capabilities.
• Proficient in Revit and comfortable working directly within structural models.
• Ability to develop complete and coordinated construction documents.
• Takes ownership and follows through.
• Communicates clearly and proactively.
• Pays attention to details while maintaining the overall structural solution.
• Wants responsibility, not just assignments.

Responsibilities

• Performing structural analysis and design.
• Developing structural systems and engineering solutions.
• Building and managing structural Revit models.
• Developing coordinated structural construction documents and details.
• Coordinating directly with architects, contractors, owners, and other consultants.
• Performing site observations and providing construction‑phase support.
• Managing project scope, schedule, and deliverables appropriate to your experience.
