Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of structural design/analysis experience.
• Licensed U.S. PE or SE required.
• Experience in data center, mission critical, or large-scale facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform structural design and analysis for data center buildings.
• Develop design documentation for concrete, steel, and foundation systems.
• Coordinate design deliverables with architecture, civil, MEP, and construction teams.
• Oversee construction documents, specs, and calculations for quality and code compliance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and regulators for queries and clarifications.
• Support business development and conceptual design for new pursuits.
• Travel as needed for project activities.
