Aufgaben

• Lead design efforts for the analysis of structural systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations to code requirements and IMEG standards using engineering software and tools.
• Perform site assessments and generate detailed analysis and technical reports.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs, gather project requirements, and build client relationships.
• Provide in-process design reviews of structural system design, calculations, specifications, and project correspondence.
• Implement IMEG quality control processes to ensure designs meet standards.
• Provide technical training and mentoring for staff.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to R&D efforts.
• Prioritize safety and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
