Qualifications

• Eight years of structural engineering experience with focus on bridge design (rail experience preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead design teams and coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design on major rail/bridge projects.
• Prepare detailed plans and construction documents.
• Perform structural design calculations and analysis.
• Develop technical specifications and contract bid documents.
• Coordinate site visits for condition inspections and mentor junior staff.
