Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer registration preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial civil/structural experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of civil/structural assignments and develop conceptual layouts.
• Produce design calculations, drawings, and material take-offs for construction.
• Check calculations for accuracy and compliance with codes and specifications.
• Provide field data gathering and construction support.
• Mentor drafting/engineering staff and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Lead small to large project teams to manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Review vendor and discipline drawings for civil/structural input.
• Develop construction specifications and manage design packages.
