Kimley-Horn's Baltimore County, MD office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our Marine Structures team. This is not a remote position, and it requires hands-on leadership across project phases in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp for drawings and details.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the Marine Structures team.
• Develop full sets of structural drawings and specifications.
• Mentor Engineers-In-Training (EITs) in structural engineering.
• Perform design calculations, plan production, and QC packages.
• Lead construction phase efforts on building projects.
