You will lead design staff, coordinate with contractors, and deliver constructible structural solutions for projects ranging from offices to multifamily developments.

The role requires 5+ years post‑graduation experience, strong knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, ENERCALC, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate structural design experience.
• PE license required; SE designation is a plus but not required.
• Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry building systems.
• Strong knowledge of codes and value engineering practices.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design staff through design and construction phases.

• Ensure designs meet company quality standards.
• Use software to calculate gravity, lateral, and foundation loads.
