Job summary

ENFRA Solutions, a leader in energy infrastructure, seeks an experienced Structural Engineer PE III to deliver complex design and analysis for multi-story buildings. You will mentor BIM/CAD staff and coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines to ensure code compliance and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in structural/civil/architectural engineering, a PE license, 8+ years of licensed experience, and proficiency in Revit BIM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 8+ years of Structural Engineering experience as a licensed professional.
• Ability to design multi-story buildings and diverse framing systems.
• 7+ years' experience with AutoDesk Revit BIM Software.

Responsibilities

• Designs and prepares drawings for all structural systems for building projects including gravity load and lateral loads and foundations.
• Determines size and orientation of structural members via calculations.
• Coordinates project designs with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil, and others.
• Performs quality control review of structural drawings.
• Writes and edits structural system specifications for building projects.
• Attends meetings with owners, clients, and architects; prepares meeting notes.
• Mentors BIM/CAD Technicians, Structural Designers, and Engineers.
• Conducts site surveys and project job site visits to ensure conformance.
