ENFRA, with a legacy in energy infrastructure, seeks a Structural Designer II in Little Rock, AR. You will assist design teams under a Licensed Professional Structural Engineer, producing construction documents and structural details while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and high quality.

The role requires a 2-year technical/associate degree and 2–4 years’ design or drafting experience, plus proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong communication.

Overview

The Structural Designer II performs design activities for assigned projects under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Structural Engineer (LPSE). Also assists the project team in the production of projects that are on time, within budget and of the utmost quality.

Responsibilities

• Producing construction documents for assigned projects.
• Generates basic structural details and sections.
• Generates foundation plan and framing plan.
• Upholds TME's owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values.
• Other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.
• Performs work under general supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• 2-year Technical Degree or Associates Degree in Engineering Related Field

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare, high education, and/or central plant infrastructure projects.

Travel Requirements

• 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Climbing stairs.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

Pay Range

USD $25.13 - USD $33.56 /Hr.
