Job summary

W3Global in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 4–10 years of relevant experience to join our in-office team. The role focuses on structural analysis and design across concrete, steel, wood, and masonry, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You'll manage projects from design through construction, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with a Principal Engineer to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is required.
• 4-10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Willingness to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Work on structural engineering projects ranging from small assignments to large multidisciplinary projects.
• Analyze and design structures across materials: concrete, structural steel, wood, masonry.
• Manage projects from design through construction.
• Coordinate with a Principal Engineer and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Communicate with clients, city officials, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize multiple assignments and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Collaborate in a dynamic engineering environment with growth opportunities.
