H. T. PROF Group is seeking a seasoned Structural Project Manager to oversee structural engineering and construction coordination for multifamily projects in Scottsdale, AZ.

Lead interfaces between engineering, project management, field operations, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, and quality delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years in structural engineering or project management.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with multifamily or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel.
• OSHA 30-hour or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for compliance with codes and project specs.
• Coordinate structural engineering activities with PM, field teams, architects, and subcontractors.
• Perform field inspections and quality assurance reviews.
• Attend OAC meetings and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate permitting and project approvals.
