Bowman in Houston, TX seeks an Engineer IV, Structural (Oil & Gas) to join our team and lead technical direction for the civil engineering discipline. This senior role focuses on engineering strategy, project execution, and mentorship across teams.

Responsibilities include design reviews, project planning, scope management, and delivering calculations and studies for foundation, structural steel, and earthwork. PE licensure preferred and extensive experience in energy sector is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering in energy/oil & gas.
• PE licensure preferred; strong knowledge of codes and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design review and scope management for projects.
• Plan, forecast, and track deliverables and schedules.
• Prepare foundation, structural steel, and earthwork calculations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategies.
