Job summary

Cushing Terrell in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural aspects of complex projects, mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, and collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to deliver integrated design solutions. The ideal candidate has a ABET-accredited engineering degree, 10+ years in structural engineering (20+ for senior roles), and holds or can obtain PE licensure in Idaho.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience; 20+ years for senior candidates.
• PE licensure or comity eligibility in Idaho.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Excellent time management to meet project deadlines.
