Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all structural engineering aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and business professionals to develop integrated, high-quality design solutions.
Work independently and guide team members to produce construction documents, including plans and specifications.
Perform structural engineering analysis and develop design calculations to support project objectives.
Prepare engineering studies and detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
Develop construction cost estimates and validate them against industry benchmarks.
Manage project-specific requirements, including scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop structural engineering fee proposals and contracts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support project success and firm growth.
Mentor and direct junior engineers and BIM staff, fostering their professional development.
