The ideal candidate brings a PE license, an SE preference, 10+ years of experience in structural design, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget across IBC/ASCE/ACI/AISC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• PE license required; SE license strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of complex projects, ensuring compliance with codes and best practices.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and provide final design reviews of calculations and specs.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients to achieve goals.
• Prepare design criteria, technical reports, and construction documentation.
• Evaluate materials and equipment suitable for each project.
• Lead due diligence, site assessments, and field investigations as required.
• Identify risks and develop proactive engineering solutions.
• Support business development, including proposals and presentations.
