Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 8–11 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Maintain continuous quality monitoring and promote high standards on projects.
• Provide consistent quality standards for project and proposal delivery.
• Understand project-related risk and company risk policies.
• Provide technical direction for routine and complex projects as a senior engineer.
• Conceptualize initial design/investigative approaches for major project phases.
• Plan/schedule/coordinate engineering work with conventional practices and complex features.
• Review projects requiring advanced investigation techniques and supervise report preparation.
• Lead technical training and make decisions based on state-of-the-art technology.
• Provide leadership in marketing, sales and business development.
• Supervise less experienced engineers or technical staff.
• Serve as Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.
