Lake Superior Consulting, LLC in Nashville seeks a Structural Engineer IV to lead complex projects within our Facilities Engineering group. You’ll own projects from concept through completion, apply advanced technical expertise, and collaborate with engineers and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience; PE preferred, EIT required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex structural design and analysis projects with codes and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers on projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with designers and other disciplines.
• Produce CAD drawings and sketches for Engineers of Record.
• Present technical concepts to clients and project teams.
• Manage schedule and budget across projects.
