Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including heavy industrial projects.
• Active PE license in California or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design tools; mining ops familiarity.
• Experience across all phases: investigation, modeling, design, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of bridges and industrial facilities to ensure code compliance.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports for new and retrofit projects.
• Oversee permitting, contractor coordination, and bid evaluations.
• Conduct site visits for inspections and construction support.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
