Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering Group for our Green Bay, WI facility. This hybrid role involves structural design for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and collaboration with project teams to deliver results.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree with a Structural focus, 10+ years of experience, and PE/SE licensure. Travel up to 40% may be required. RAM software proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
• PE and/or SE license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, depending on project needs.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes, rules, industry practices, and internal standards.
• Conduct on-site investigations, assessments, and field measurements.
• Develop engineering calculations to support design and collaborate on drawings.
• Communicate with project managers and other participants daily.
• Support construction administration and SME reviews.
• Mentor project team members and assign responsibilities.
