Target is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer for Store Design - Engineering in Minneapolis. You will lead structural design efforts, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure designs meet schedule and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in structural engineering from ABET accredited program.
• Professional licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with engineering firm, contractor, or manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑discipline engineering design efforts for stores, distribution, and facilities.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Real Estate, Construction and other teams to align scope with schedule and budget.
• Provide technical leadership, project management and clear communication throughout projects.
