Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years Structural Engineering experience.
• Georgia Licensed Professional Engineer through NCEES; multi-state registrations a plus.
• Knowledge of national building and construction codes (ICC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, NDS, etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; litigation support experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Field work to document as-built conditions and damage to structural systems.
• Establish repair scope and cause/origin analyses using codes and structural knowledge.
• Evaluate design drawings and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, officials, and contractors; provide detailed reports.
• Manage multiple project assignments, on time and within budget.
• Retention and development of client relationships.
• Willing to travel, as needed on short notice.
