Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for Forensics & Facility Performance in the Dallas area. You will lead forensic investigations, facility assessments, and rehabilitation projects, guiding design, analysis, and client communications across Dallas–Fort Worth and Texas markets.

You will mentor staff, manage project scope and budgets, and stay current with industry trends, aiming for high-quality, safe, and compliant structures.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10–12 years in building design consulting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for analysis of structural systems.
• Create detailed designs, specs, and calculations per codes and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate analyses and reports.
• Communicate with clients to capture requirements and build relationships.
• Provide in-process design reviews and QA of engineering work.
• Implement IMEG quality control processes across projects.
• Provide technical training and mentoring to staff.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
