Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leading aerospace innovator, seeks a Structural Engineer in Englewood, CO to design, analyze, test, and certify advanced aerospace systems.

You will perform static and dynamic analyses with FEMAP/Patran/Nastran, lead load case development, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Typically 6+ years of engineering experience in structural analysis and design.
• Experience with static and dynamic analyses and FEMAP/Patran/Nastran.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis activities across the product lifecycle from concept through certification.
• Review designs and provide recommendations to improve structural performance and reliability.
• Develop load cases, structural requirements and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural solutions into systems.
• Oversee structural test planning, execution and data evaluation.
