- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience preparing construction documents and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Participate in multidisciplinary teams in a virtual and office environment.
- Lead structural design tasks and projects.
- Mentor junior staff and assist in their development.
- Oversee development of analyses and designs for concrete, steel, and hydraulic structures.
- Prepare studies, design criteria, reports, plans, specifications, and review construction plans.
