What You’ll Do

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

• Lead the design and analysis of building structures across a range of industries.

• Collaborate with in-house architecture and MEP teams on multidiscipline projects.

• Develop drawings, technical specs, and construction documents.

• Conduct structural assessments and provide innovative solutions.

• Supervise construction activities and review shop drawings and submittals.

• Serve as a technical lead and mentor junior engineers.

• Stay current with industry codes, materials, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus).

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – SE license a plus.

• 10–20 years of structural design experience.

• Proficient with RAM Structural Systems, Revit, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam.

• Familiar with AISC, ACI, ASCE, and IBC standards.

• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
