Job summary

tggaccounting is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in the Oklahoma City area. The position offers a high-visibility opportunity to own projects, work directly with clients, and advance toward Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager within 2–3 years.

Responsibilities include leading structural design and investigations across multiple projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to proposal and budgeting efforts. Must be local to Oklahoma City and proficient in Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with structural materials, calculations and design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Structural Engineer of Record on projects.
• Perform structural analysis, calculations and design for vertical building structures.
• Develop construction documents including drawings, specifications and calculations.
• Coordinate structural work with architects and other design disciplines.
• Work directly with clients and help determine practical solutions.
• Mentor developing engineers and serve as a technical resource.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational growth.
