Position Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering design and prepare related documents.
• Solve structural engineering problems.
• Present and review ideas from staff to aid in producing drawings and analyses.
• Integrate structural concepts with other disciplines.
• Review design documents for code compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors during project development.
• Review shop drawings and product submittals.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in achieving project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to obtain or near completion of professional licensure.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of site planning, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, and architecture.
• Practical knowledge of building codes.
