The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing steel, concrete, and masonry structures for commercial, institutional, federal, and industrial buildings, both new and existing. Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects is essential.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in civil engineering
• PE or SE license
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, Etabs, Enercalc)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
