Job summary

Dayzim is seeking a Structural Designer 3 for a fully remote role based in Greenville, SC. You will develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and possibly Microstation, supporting diverse projects across industries with strict quality standards.

Qualifications include an AA degree or technical design credential and a minimum of seven years of structural design experience. Salary ranges from $83,680 to $125,520 with comprehensive benefits and professional growth

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical design credential is required.
HS Diploma or GED required as foundation.
7+ years of structural design experience with CAD/BIM systems.

Responsibilities

Utilize CAD systems to create and refine 3D models and 2D construction drawings.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive design drawings and layouts.
Interpret and apply applicable codes, standards, and design guidelines.
Oversee and mentor drafting personnel.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for design tasks and deliverables.
Perform precise material take-offs for procurement and budgeting.
