Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred where applicable.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• Lead structural engineer on large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead structural engineer and technical authority for complex projects.
• Direct design and analysis of structural systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, cold-formed steel).
• Review and approve calculations, analyses, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Lead project teams and mentor engineers.
• Support project pursuit, proposals, and client presentations.
• Serve as Engineer of Record when required.
• Oversee coordination and resolve design conflicts.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
