Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design teams on a variety of projects, from concept through construction, across power, process, corporate, healthcare, and industrial sectors. You will prepare specifications, RFQs, and vendor data, review drawings, and manage schedules, budgets, and staffing while ensuring QA/QC and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited degree required.
• FE exam completed acceptable option.
• 7 years EPC project experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare equipment specs, RFQs, bid summaries, and purchase recommendations.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with suppliers and other disciplines.
• Manage project schedule, scope, budget, staffing and construction planning.
• QA/QC adherence and field coordination.
• Develop design cost proposals and qualification statements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the structural team.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
