Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 6–14+ years of structural engineering and design experience.
• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• Ability to operate in Responsible Charge for engineering deliverables.
• Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, AWC, and AISI codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for complex projects.
• Provide technical oversight and seal calculations within licensing requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide project teams.
• Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and project teams to deliver buildable solutions.
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
