Head Engineering Consultant- Mission Critical Engineering & Design

A nationally recognized leader in structural engineering, with offices in multiple major cities across the United States, is seeking a qualified engineer to join their growing team. They specialize in various market sectors, including Aviation, Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences, Mission Critical facilities, and building rehabilitation, and are ranked within the TOP 10 on the ENR list for Structural Design. Position Overview

The company is expanding its engineering department and seeks motivated, adaptable engineers with strong communication and analytical skills. The role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a collaborative and personable team. You will be involved in expanding, mentoring, and building the team of Engineers in their offices.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• EIT certification
• At least 2 years of experience in seismic analysis and design, including preparing plans and detailed drawings
• Preferred:
• Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• PE certification
• Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD and software such as Enercalc, RAM, RISA, ETABS, or SAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
