Job summary

Keeley Construction Group is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent (Structural Concrete) to direct large-scale, self-performed concrete operations in North Texas. You will manage site logistics, crew leadership, quality control, and schedule execution while upholding safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in major commercial/industrial construction, strong leadership, and Procore proficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years of large-scale commercial or industrial construction experience.
Ability to read and interpret contract documents and drawings.
Strong leadership and management skills.
OSHA 30-hour certification.
Procore proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage overall project safety and ensure compliance with company expectations.
Oversee the success and management of all assigned projects.
Confer with Preconstruction Services on estimates, methods, schedule, and conditions.
Lead field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule reviews.
Enforce project procedures, safety programs, work rules, and client requirements.
Document violations, notify Project Management, and implement corrective actions.
Provide performance feedback for project teams.
Coordinate onsite subcontractors and their work.
Provide technical interpretation of drawings and construction methods.
Support construction progress tracking and forecasting.
Read and interpret controls, instrumentation drawings, specs, and documents.
