Qualifications

• 10+ years' related experience with large scale commercial or industrial construction project operations.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Procore proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project safety management and compliance with company policies.
• Lead field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule.
• Coordinate onsite subcontractors and their work.
• Provide technical assistance and interpretation of drawings and methods.
• Support project management with progress tracking and forecasting.
• Read, interpret controls/instrumentation drawings, specs, and commercial documents.
• Provide performance feedback for project team members.
• Oversee and manage safety program requirements.

Our North Texas Civil Group is seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent with proven expertise in structural concrete construction. This leader will oversee large-scale, self-performed concrete operations and complex civil projects, managing everything from site logistics and crew leadership to quality control and schedule execution. The ideal candidate has successfully led structural concrete scopes including foundations, footings, drilled piers, retaining walls, cast-in-place structures, rebar installation, formwork, and major concrete placement activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing overall project safety management and compliance with the applicable company safety expectations, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for overall success and management of all assigned projects.
• Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding methods, systems, schedule, and general conditions.
• Lead and oversee field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule meetings.
• Enforce compliance with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules and client requirements.
• Document all violations, notify Project Management personnel, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
• Provide performance feedback for project team members.
• Manage the coordination of onsite subcontractors and their work.
• Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment installation.
• Support Project Management Personnel with overseeing and directing construction progress tracking and forecasting.
• Read, interpret, and understand controls and instrumentation drawings, specification, and commercial documents.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years' related experience with large scale commercial or industrial construction project operations required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• OSHA 30-hour Card,
• Proficient knowledge of Procore.
