Job summary

Keeley Companies in North Texas is seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent (Structural Concrete) to oversee self-performed concrete operations on large civil projects. You will manage site logistics, crew leadership, safety, quality control, and schedule execution while ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ experience with foundations, drilled piers, formwork, rebar placement, and heavy concrete placement, plus Procore proficiency and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ related experience with large-scale commercial or industrial construction.
• OSHA 30-hour Card.
• Procore proficiency.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing overall project safety management and compliance with the applicable company safety expectations, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for overall success and management of all assigned projects.
• Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding methods, systems, schedule, and general conditions.
• Lead and oversee field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule meetings.
• Enforce compliance with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules and client requirements.
• Document all violations, notify Project Management personnel, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
• Provide performance feedback for project team members.
• Manage the coordination of onsite subcontractors and their work.
• Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment installation.
• Support Project Management Personnel with overseeing and directing construction progress tracking and forecasting.
• Read, interpret, and understand controls and instrumentation drawings, specification, and commercial documents.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
